Rodrigo Seabra is already competing this weekend for the third round of the Portuguese Karting Championship, at Kartódromo Internacional de Leiria, where he is determined to give his best in a grid of 22 riders Despite his young age of 8 years, has been one of the great protagonists of the season for his constant evolution, the result of a lot of work by the driver and his Dino Motorsport team. For the Leiria event, Rodrigo Seabra's main objective is to be at the forefront of the championship: “I like the track in Leiria and it's been a very strong season with lots of fights!” In addition to the usual challenges of a weekend of tests, there is a decisive novelty at the Milagres track, since it took an entirely new re-asphalting. The circuit has a new floor and this can be an unfortunate element in the turning of the championship scores. With the weather pointing to dry weather, on Saturday morning on May 11th, all categories will have three free training sessions and in the afternoon, there will be a single 10-minute timed training session that will determine the starting grid for the first qualifying heats. The Cadet category is scheduled for 2:45 pm and the first heat is scheduled for 4:15 pm. For Sunday, May 12, the second heat is scheduled for 10:50am, while the final will be played at 2:00pm, with the award ceremony scheduled for 4:00pm.
