The fourth and last round of the European Karting Championship took place on the 28 and 29 of August in Genk, Belgium, with a total of 43 opponents with a great level of competitivenes. On Friday, Seabra managed to qualify with a 2nd best place in his group and 3rd place ove, thus leaving the three heats on Saturday from pole position and second position, both in the first line. Rodrigo got two 3rd places and in the last heat of the day due to a race touch with another driver, made him on the second lap to 23rd position. Rodrigo recovered finishing P12. Rodrigo qualified directly for the Final A on Sunday, leaving for the pre-final in the P7 position, where he would finish in the top 10. In the final race, after a difficult start that relegated him to P20, the driver who runs for the British team Oliver Rowland Motorsport, would make another blazing recovery, finding himself already in P7 and with the second fastest lap of the race, already on the heels of the dominant front group. However, an opponent with a less correct behavior on the track decided to ram him off more than once. Seabra avoided the exit on the track but caused the loss of several positions and precious time to reach a podium. The driver achieved the finish line in P9 but with a strange and sad feeling -" I am very happy with the excellent final ranking of the European Championship but I know that with a bit more luck in the final I could have a Top 3 and a podium finish! I have to move on... and the work that we've been doing has paid off and now it's time to keep working towards the next challenges! Seabra represented Portugal with the best classification ever in the X30 Mini European Championship with a total of 94 drivers.

Rodrigo Seabra terminou este fim-de-semana de 28 e 29 de Agosto, a quarta jornada do Campeonato Europeu de Karting - IAME Euro Series, em Genk na Bélgica. Foi com um total de 43 adversários num campeonato altamente competitivo que Rodrigo entrou em pista para disputar a última e derradeira prova.
Depois de um dia atípico com mudanças das condições da pista constantes entre o seco e o molhado, no dia de sexta-feira Seabra conseguiu uma qualificação com o 2º melhor lugar no seu grupo e um 3º lugar à geral num total de 43 pilotos participantes, saindo assim nas 3 heats do dia de Sábado da pole position e da segunda posição. Rodrigo obteve dois 3ºs lugares, e na última heat devido a um toque de corrida que o fez cair já na segunda volta para a 23ª posição, recuperou depois até P12.
No dia de Domingo, o Piloto da Maia foi o mais rápido no warm up e feitas as contas, o Piloto da Maia foi apurado directamente para a Final "A" onde partiu para a pré-final da posição P7 e viria a terminar no top 10.
Na derradeira final, depois de um arranque difícil que o relegou para P20, o piloto que corre pela equipa Britânica da Oliver Rowland Motorsport, faria mais uma recuperação fulgurante, encontrando-se já em P7 e com a segunda volta mais rápida da corrida, já no encalço do grupo da frente dominante. No entanto, um adversário com um comportamento menos correcto em pista decidiu abalroa-lo mais que uma vez, tendo Rodrigo Seabra evitado a saída em pista mas originando a perda de várias posições e tempo precioso para um alcance do pódio.
O piloto passou a recta da meta em P9 mas com um sentimento agridoce -" Estou muito feliz com o ranking final excelente do campeonato europeu mas sei que com um bocadinho mais de sorte poderia ter lugar por um Top 3 e por um pódio! Todo trabalho que temos vindo a fazer compensou e agora é hora de continuar a trabalhar para os próximos desafios! Obrigado à ORM por todo o apoio e trabalho!" - Disse o piloto Português de apenas 10 anos.
O piloto Português representou Portugal com a melhor classificação de sempre no campeonato Europeu da X30 Mini, fechando com a sexta posição à geral com um total de 94 pilotos.
