The Rotax Max Challenge Portugal of the Micro-Max categories continued during the previous weekend at Kartódromo de Baltar, with the fourth double journey of the season. Rodrigo Seabra won the two Sunday Finals, after a very intense day of racing on Saturday. In Sunday's timed training session, Rodrigo (Kart Republic) took his place on the front row of the starting grid. Final 1 with 12 laps, was dominated by Rodrigo Seabra from the moment the young driver from Oporto passed the front of the other competitors, still in the initial phase. After that, Seabra was always in control of the race and finished with a 3.102s advantage over the runner-up. In Final 2, also played in 12 laps, Rodrigo Seabra again beat the competition, where he was also the author of the fast, where he finished again in P1 with 1.602s over the second opponent. The driver who runs for Cabo do Mundo Kart Team couldn't be more proud of his work all weekend - “Saturday was a very busy day for me, because I saw and watched situations that made me very sad, but that do not take away my desire to do what I like most, which is running. I did excellent tests in plain sight. That morning I was the fastest in timed training. In the first heat I fell to the last with a touch of race at the start of the second lap but recovered to third place and in the 2nd heat I finished in P1. On Sunday I woke up with a lot more energy and the desire to go to the track ... I showed my best and I totally won Sunday's day, finishing in P1. ” Rodrigo Seabra thanks all the support he received and hopes to return to the next events even more confident with his work and that of his team. The last round of the ROTAX Max Challange Portugal championship will take place at the Kartodromo Internacional de Braga on the 31st of October and the 1st of November.
